Louis stands at an five foot eleven with a mop of dark brown hair on his head and mossy green eyes. Louis isn't scrawny, but he isn't a muscle-head either. A normal healthy looking young man. He has that sort of kind look to his eyes, and a shy smile.

Louis is the quiet man who sits back and listens before he does anything. He doesn't like to jump into anything without thinking it through first. He is controlled, but not cowardly. He doesn't like to be rash, and he doesn't have much of a temper. He would rather avoid or talk his way out of fighting. He keeps to himself mostly, or at least he did before the Virus had gotten loose. He fears loosing Vivienne, or his uncle. They are really the only people he knows and cares about anymore.

Louis doesn't remember anything about his mother. According to his Uncle she was using cocaine and other drugs and had never really set a good life path for herself or her child. What Lou was told was that he was taken from his mother, he didn't know the real story about her leaving him behind. He couldn't judge his mother since he didn't know her at all, and for his father... well no body knew what happened to him either. He saw pictures of his mother, and that was about all he had to base her on... her looks.

Growing up in Philly had its ups and downs. Now being related to a cop in Philly also had its ups and downs. But the down parts weren't really till he hit high school. He loved his Uncle Jimmy and considered him the only father figure he had... in fact he was the only figure in his life in general. He knew nothing about his grandparents and as far as he was concerned they wanted nothing to do with him. He knew he had them, because he used to catch Uncle Jimmy talking on the phone with them every so often. He knew it was his grandparents only because the phone call usually ended up with Jimmy yelling and slamming the phone down.

He was always the quiet kid in school, he played some sports and hung out with several different groups, but he never really fit into one specific category. Once he hit high school he was never invited to any of those underage parties not because he wasn't popular, but because he lived with the Chief of Police and no body wanted to get busted. Louis did have one close friend through out his school years though. Ever since he could remember, his neighbor Vivienne had been his friend. Ever since he could walk and play outside, Viv had been there. They were around the same age and had been close. After graduating high school Louis hung back from going to college right away. He got a job with a landscaping business till he earned enough money to take some classes in culinary. He wanted nothing more than to open up a restaurant in Philly and be the head cook.

Those dreams were crushed though when the Virus broke out. He had been on his way to class when a swam of them broke out. Louis turned right around and rushed to find Viv all the while trying to get a hold of his Uncle. Louis had literally saved Viv from an attack, her parents were dead and god knows who else. Louis took her with him and they ran, eventually running into Uncle Jimmy. They had left Philly and hadn't been back since.
